Items must be returned unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
Exchanges/Return is allowed within 3 days of delivery. Shipping and return fees applied.
Products for children below 12 Months of age are not eligible for exchange or return due to strict hygiene and safety standards.
Items such as underwear, swimwear, and other intimate wear are non-returnable irrespective of age.
All exchange and replacement are subject to our approval of your request and stock availability.

Return / Exchange Process
To initiate a return/exchange, please email us at writetoltc@gmail.com with photos and videos. Once we receive your request, our team will review it and update you on the status within 24 to 48 hours.
If return/exchange is approved we will initiate return pickup, if return pickup service is unavailable in your area, you will need to ship the product back to us.
Replacement will be sent once returned product has been inspected and approved by the QC team

Refund Process
Refunds will be initiated after the returned product has been inspected and approved by the QC team. A refund will be processed only if the product is returned in its original condition.
Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days after approval.
