RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Items must be returned unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
  • Exchanges/Return is allowed within 3 days of delivery. Shipping and return fees applied.
  • Products for children below 12 Months of age are not eligible for exchange or return due to strict hygiene and safety standards.
  • Items such as underwear, swimwear, and other intimate wear are non-returnable irrespective of age.
  • All exchange and replacement are subject to our approval of your request and stock availability.
  • Shipping fee is non refundable
  • We do not accept return or refund request on any sale or clearance items.

Return / Exchange Process

  • To initiate a return/exchange, please email us at writetoltc@gmail.com with photos and videos. Once we receive your request, our team will review it and update you on the status within 24 to 48 hours.
  • If return/exchange is approved we will initiate return pickup, if return pickup service is unavailable in your area, you will need to ship the product back to us.
  • Replacement will be sent once returned product has been inspected and approved by the QC team
  • Shipping and return fees applied.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be initiated after the returned product has been inspected and approved by the QC team. A refund will be processed only if the product is returned in its original condition.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days after approval.
